Cancellation Policy

Photo Shoot Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following booking policy: Booking Requirements All photo shoot sessions must be scheduled at least seven (7) days in advance of the desired shoot date. This allows adequate time for planning, preparation, and coordination. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once your session is booked, the date and time are reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so with reasonable notice. Your deposit can be applied to a new date, based on availability. However, the deposit cannot be refunded. Late Changes & No-Shows Failure to provide notice or missing your scheduled session may result in forfeiture of your deposit. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
